The mission of The Clubs at St. James Ladies Golf Association (LGA) is to provide for our membership an excellent golf experience by offering opportunities to improve their skills, play friendly & competitive golf, and make new friends.
Our LGA is a group of over 250 lady golfers who enjoy playing a round of 18-holes every Tuesday morning, year-round. We play a variety of formats, offer competitive tournaments as well as fun, special events. We rotate play, monthly, between our four beautiful courses; The Founders Club, The Members Club, The Players Club and The Reserve Club.

Please note our membership is only open to those who are a St. James Plantation property owner and have an active membership (Golf, Sport or Social).

Just want to play 9-Holes? Our clubs also offer 2 opportunities for ladies to play 9-holes of golf; a formal league called the Niners and an informal group of beginners called the 101'ers. The Niners play Thursday afternoon and the 101'ers play Tuesday afternoon. Call or visit any Pro Shop for more information.

SOME SEASON HIGHLIGHTS
February 4 - LGA Kick Off Winter Golf is For the Birds! With a balmy 60 degree day, one would wonder, is winter over?! 153 lovely ladies turned out to Members Club for our 2025 Season Kick Off, and it's safe to say a great time was had by all; but especially for the groups that won! A new game, "I'll take that shot too!" was a fun game where strategy was needed to win. A buffet lunch was served, and our President Connie Kelly successfully conducted her first official meeting. All modifications to the By Laws were approved by the membership, which primarily addressed electronic voting. Connie challenged us all, can we keep the positive momentum of our Kick Off going all season? Thanks to all the Committees that worked so hard to make this wonderful event possible!

December 3 - O'Christmas Tee! Although we actually didn't get to play golf, we had a fabulous luncheon meeting and celebration! As always, our Decorating Committee went all out, providing a festive and fun atmosphere! A super boomerang raffle was won by NINE lucky ladies, and other door prizes were awarded. The only thing missing was a visit from Santa! Thanks to all who attended, and to the Board for picking up the tab! ;)
OCTOBER 29 - It's All About The Treats! What a great day for a Par-tee! The weather was fabulous, and we had a great turn out for a quick 9 hole fun tournament, followed by a delicious lunch, a lively and festive costume contest and Annual meeting. Congratulations to our new 2025 VP, Kim Alleman and our new secretary, Sara Harrison. Thank you all that played, participated in the costume contest and most importantly, VOTED!
OCTOBER 15 - Little Pink Houses of Hope Charity Tournament was an amazing event as the LGA and Niners, along with Troon's generous support raised over $40,000 for such a worthy cause! Thanks to all who came out to play and all the committed organizers and volunteers who made this a memorable success! Be sure to check out all the event photos in our gallery.

MAY 14, 2024, was the LGA SPRING FLING & 30th Birthday Celebration of the St. James LGA! Wow, what wonderful milestone, congratulations SJP LGA! More pics in the PHOTO GALLERY!
FEBRUARY 20, 2024, the St. James LGA Season Kickoff has officially started as a full field of 120 women came to golf and eat lunch at the Members Club. Weather caused a shotgun delay so only 9 holes and lunch were "teed up" for this event. More pics in the PHOTO GALLERY!
